Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and product teams
- Lead innovation sprints using Design Thinking and Scenario Planning methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions in quantum and AI domains
- Present trend insights to C-suite stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial products/services
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
