- Present futuristic vision to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven scenarios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation through innovation labs and hackathons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and market modeling
- MSc/PhD in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
