Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term foresight frameworks for 2026 technology horizons
- Lead innovation sprints exploring quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate-tech solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers on emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
