Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, Web3) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop innovation roadmaps and strategic scenarios for executive leadership and product teams
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D initiatives
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and presentations for industry conferences
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or R&D with proven foresight experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, spatial computing)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives implemented from foresight work
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools and scenario planning methodologies
