Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future scenarios and strategic pivots
- Manage R&D initiatives for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Build and lead an elite innovation lab team of 8-12 specialists
- Present findings to investors and board members with data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, AI, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
