Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, bio-integration, and AI autonomy
- Design strategic roadmaps for next-gen human-computer interaction paradigms
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technology adoption curves
- Build cross-functional innovation pods to prototype future-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership pieces in top-tier industry publications
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for experimental R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential tech trends (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite executives
- Published research in foresight or innovation strategy (peer-reviewed)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
