Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate innovation domains
- Develop and publish quarterly strategic foresight reports with 5-year scenario modeling
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on emerging technology impacts and disruption risks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize innovation portfolios aligned with 2026 market projections
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry panels
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development lifecycle and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions with Fortune 500 clients
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Fluency in futures methodologies: Delphi, SWOT, STEEP-LE, and scenario planning
