Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscape
- Design and implement strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Develop scenario-planning models for global market evolutions and regulatory changes
- Present foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Drive organizational culture of future-readiness through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, technology foresight, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
