Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, socioeconomic trends, and disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks, including scenario planning and trend analysis, for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to embed future-proofing principles into innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and innovation priorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs to expand future intelligence networks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects that influenced strategic business decisions
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) or innovation management strongly preferred
