Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps for client engagements
- Manage a portfolio of experimental R&D initiatives
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in futurism, innovation consulting, or strategic foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or sustainability trends
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend impact analysis
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight tools
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-to-strategy translation projects
- Certification in Futures Research or Innovation Management preferred
