Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors relevant to 2026
- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports and innovation roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market viability
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present findings to senior leadership and influence long-term corporate decisions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with AI, biotechnology, or sustainable tech ecosystems preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
