- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Drive R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI ethics)
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Translate foresight insights into product development priorities and investment decisions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic insights into commercial impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched in complex organizations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM preferred)
