Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends with 2026+ impact (AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech)
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market disruptors
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and product teams
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
- Manage pilot projects for breakthrough technologies (minimum 3 annually)
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks for next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools for trend forecasting and data modeling
- Experience with quantum computing, AR/VR, or climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from futurists.org)
- Published work on technology's societal impact (white papers, books)
