Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics and trend visualization tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented innovation roadmaps
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on transformational projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
