Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 labs
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Present future scenarios to executive teams and investor stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
- Monitor global tech policy developments affecting 2026+ deployments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Published research on quantum computing or AI governance (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, or equivalent)
- Experience with blockchain and decentralized systems architecture
- Proven ability to secure R&D funding >$1M annually
