Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Global Foresight Framework using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead innovation sprints with C-suite executives to translate future trends into actionable strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype breakthrough solutions in quantum-secure communication
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports distributed to Fortune 500 partners
- Direct the FutureWorks Lab incubator program for emerging technologies
- Represent FutureHorizon at Davos, SXSW, and global innovation summits
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Gigerenzer's heuristics)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Experience scaling innovation programs across global enterprises
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech convergence
