Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast market evolution through 2030
- Design and lead strategic innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making under uncertainty
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into scalable product roadmaps
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing moonshot projects with 5+ year horizons
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications and keynote speaking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data visualization proficiency
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, ambiguous environments
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
