Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) with societal needs
- Lead horizon scanning across 15+ industries to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into product development and corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote speeches at global tech forums
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for experimental technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future scenario development and technology roadmapping
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive-level strategy
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP) or equivalent experience
- Experience working with global policy bodies or Fortune 500 innovation teams
