Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive trend-sensing ecosystem using AI-driven analytics
- Produce high-impact scenario forecasts and strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to embed foresight into their long-term strategy
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI tracking
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing executable future scenarios
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systems thinking
- Strong network with academic futurists and innovation thought leaders
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP-V)
- Published author in futurist publications (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly)
