Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning

- Translate foresight insights into executive-level strategic recommendations with clear ROI projections
- Build and manage an ecosystem of external partners (academic institutions, startups, think tanks)
- Champion a culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping and fail-fast methodologies
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders using compelling visual storytelling and data visualization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data storytelling abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational transformation
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Foresight, Technology Management, Systems Thinking)
