Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product teams to translate future visions into actionable roadmaps
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on next-gen AI ethics and governance frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers in futurism methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in engineering or R&D with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in predictive analytics, scenario planning, and trend forecasting
- Strong background in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainable systems
- Experience with strategic roadmapping and technology lifecycle management
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology evolution
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- PhD or Master's in relevant field (preferred, not required)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects
