We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Lead: AI & Spatial Computing to spearhead our 2026 roadmap. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, immersive spatial engineering. You will work directly with our R&D division to prototype neural interfaces and next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) that redefine productivity in mixed reality ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap for AI technologies designed to launch in 2026, focusing on edge-computing constraints and privacy-first architectures.
- Develop and fine-tune proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for domain-specific knowledge graphs and interactive agents.
- Collaborate with 3D artists and hardware engineers to optimize rendering pipelines for Mixed Reality (MR) environments using WebGPU.
- Implement rigorous testing protocols for autonomous systems to ensure safety, reliability, and ethical AI standards.
- Drive cross-functional innovation by identifying emerging tech stacks (e.g., Neural Radiance Fields) before they become mainstream.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML and computer graphics.
- Proven expertise in Python, C++, and CUDA programming with a track record of high-performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AR/VR frameworks (Unity/Unreal or WebXR) and 3D spatial data visualization.
- Strong understanding of deep learning principles, specifically Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Diffusion Models.
- Experience leading technical teams in a fast-paced, agile startup environment and translating complex research into production-ready products.
