Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product development and market expansion strategies
- Create executive-grade visualizations and narratives communicating complex future scenarios to stakeholders
- Build and maintain proprietary trend intelligence database with predictive analytics capabilities
- Champion ethical innovation principles while evaluating emerging technologies' societal impacts
- Present quarterly future-readiness assessments to board members with actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts in foresight methodologies and strategic communication techniques
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology, or Business Innovation
- Minimum 8 years experience in trend analysis, strategic planning, or futurism roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software
- Demonstrated success translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
