- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into organizational planning
- Monitor emerging signals across biotech, AI, climate tech, and geopolitics
- Author thought leadership publications and conference presentations
- Maintain predictive analytics dashboard for trend validation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex trends into actionable strategies
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills (Power BI/Tableau)
- Published work in futurism or technology forecasting
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
