Responsibilities
- Analyze global macro-trends, technological shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario models and risk assessments for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, decentralized systems)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and venture partners through compelling narratives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Produce annual horizon scanning reports with predictive analytics and trend validation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Published work in foresight journals or industry whitepapers
