Responsibilities
- Analyze 2026 market landscapes through multi-dimensional research including AI forecasts, climate adaptation strategies, and neurotech convergence
- Develop proprietary foresight models using predictive analytics and scenario-simulation tools
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients navigating post-quantum computing and synthetic biology breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Author high-impact trend reports published in industry journals and thought leadership platforms
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Advanced proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade, @RISK) and data visualization
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
