Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year AI roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping neural-augmented interfaces and autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and human-AI symbiosis
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental projects in synthetic consciousness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI strategy, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futures Studies
- Published research in Nature/AI journals on human-machine collaboration
- Proven track record scaling AI systems at FAANG-level organizations
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and future-proofing frameworks
