Responsibilities

- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of autonomous agents and predictive analytics into core product lines.

- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI architecture, or systems design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and prepare organizations for the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
