Horizon Innovations Inc. is seeking a visionary Senior Futurist to join our 2026 Visionary Lab. Shape tomorrow's innovations by decoding emerging trends, strategic foresight, and transformative technologies. Lead cross-functional teams to develop blueprints for the next decade of human progress. This role requires deep expertise in predictive analytics, scenario planning, and ethical innovation frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Architect long-term strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological and societal paradigms
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, quantum computing, and AI ethics
- Develop scenario models for disruptive technologies and their socioeconomic impacts
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Lead workshops on exponential technologies and their implications for humanity
- Author white papers on future-of-work and human-machine symbiosis
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or human augmentation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising executive teams on long-term strategic pivots
