Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential opportunities in quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning InnovateX as a future-shaping authority
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercialization strategies
- Design and monitor innovation KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Mentor junior futurists and establish best practices in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Track record of delivering high-impact strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Fluency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, technology roadmapping)
