Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-machine interaction to map 2026's technological landscape
- Develop strategic roadmaps for future product development and organizational transformation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives to translate foresight into action
- Author high-impact scenario reports and trend briefs for Fortune 500 partners
- Curate and host exclusive future-focused symposiums with industry pioneers
- Build and lead a dedicated foresight team of researchers and analysts
- Integrate future intelligence into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
