- Facilitate C-level strategy sessions on future-proofing business models
- Author quarterly foresight reports with predictive analytics and risk matrices
- Manage cross-functional innovation pods prototyping 2026 product ecosystems
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation accelerators
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, clean energy)
- Experience publishing thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or foresight programs)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology predictions with >70% accuracy
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
