Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, bio-convergence) to define 2026-2030 strategic imperatives
- Develop and present quarterly foresight reports to executive leadership and board committees
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Integrate scenario planning methodologies into product development roadmaps
- Communicate complex future narratives through compelling visualizations and storytelling
- Advise on regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
