Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic vision frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Design and implement organizational change management programs for future-ready adoption
- Establish KPIs to track strategic alignment with 2026 milestones
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020+ technology and societal trends
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend forecasting
- Proven track record translating foresight into enterprise-level strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
