- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Present visionary concepts to investors, partners, and key stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on future-focused topics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with proven impact
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech convergence
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and boards of directors
- Published thought leadership in recognized industry publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR) highly desirable
