Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic vision frameworks incorporating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to map future market landscapes
- Produce horizon scanning reports identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning emerging trends with organizational capabilities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or long-term forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
