Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 trend forecasts across AI, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Design scenario-planning frameworks to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation priorities
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify high-potential 2026-era startups
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published research on AI ethics, biotech governance, or sustainable tech transitions
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex futures concepts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
