Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts affecting 2026-2030 landscapes
- Develop and maintain the organization's 2026 strategic foresight framework with quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Design and facilitate C-level workshops on future scenarios, risk mitigation, and opportunity capture
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global industry forums
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation strategists
- Integrate futures thinking into product development lifecycle and investment decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional presentation and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
