Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on societal and economic paradigm shifts
- Author seminal research papers on human-machine symbiosis and post-scarcity economics
- Design cross-industry innovation frameworks for climate resilience and ethical AI deployment
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts in trend synthesis and predictive modeling
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global policy institutions
- Present vision briefings to Fortune 500 boards and UN innovation committees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of predicting major technological or societal shifts (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author or thought leader in futurism/innovation spaces
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of high-impact future-shaping work
