- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist task force
- Author thought leadership publications (whitepapers, TED-style talks)
- Oversee scenario planning for geopolitical and technological black swan events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Mastery of scenario planning tools and foresight visualization
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from trend-to-strategy execution
