Responsibilities
- Conduct cutting-edge research on emerging technologies, market trends, and global megatrends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future-focused insights into product development and business strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences

- Demonstrated understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
