Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging risks and opportunities across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurist experts, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present future scenarios to investors, partners, and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and drive foresight maturity across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with proven impact on C-level strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Economics, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, Delphi techniques, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision projects with measurable outcomes
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategic journals
