Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap aligned with emerging technological and societal trends
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market shifts and black swan events
- Present future-focused insights to executive leadership and board members with data-driven narratives
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight findings into product roadmaps, investment strategies, and innovation pipelines
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports and thought leadership content
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused organizational strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable business insights
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing high-stakes strategic decisions
