- Produce high-impact strategic foresight reports translating complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing innovation priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer emerging technology applications
- Design and implement early-warning systems for disruptive market forces and technological inflection points
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities through knowledge transfer
- Represent the company at global forums on future trends, technology ethics, and sustainable innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or market strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impact assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in foresight publications or industry journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact analysis)
- Experience building foresight teams and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems
