- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen neural interfaces and biometric security systems
- Present strategic foresight to Fortune 500 clients and government innovation councils
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including synthetic biology and nanotech
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation workshops across global offices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and regulatory landscapes
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers on future trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental R&D teams
