- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend reports for industry publications
- Mentor junior futurists and collaborate with R&D teams
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic research centers
- Represent company at global innovation summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or thought leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories (AI, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with cross-industry collaboration frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
