- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation strategists
- Author whitepapers and frameworks that shape industry discourse on emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into commercial opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring the impact of long-term technological shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on future tech scenarios
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech systems
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing futuristic roadmaps
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
