- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives and Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author disruptive thought leadership published in top-tier industry publications
- Design and execute immersive future-state simulations for enterprise clients
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team of researchers and strategists
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in major journals (e.g., Harvard Business Review)
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision implementations
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex future concepts
