Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced R&D with published work in top-tier journals
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural architecture search, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating research into market-ready solutions
- Strong network with DARPA/NASA/NIH research communities
- Patent portfolio with ≥3 granted innovations
