- Produce executive-ready trend reports and predictive models with 95%+ accuracy for market evolution
- Design and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders including Fortune 500 executives and government agencies
- Mentor junior futurists and establish departmental KPIs for foresight effectiveness
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future scenarios with measurable business impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar institution)
